DMCA Policy for Paleo Cookies
Paleo Cookies respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), Paleo Cookies will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Paleo Cookies service and/or the Paleo Cookies website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to Paleo Cookies' Designated Copyright Agent as identified in the sample notice below.
Paleo Cookies reserves the right to remove any content without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Paleo Cookies website, please send a written notice of copyright infringement to Paleo Cookies’ Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or to which access was disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification to Paleo Cookies’ Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, in any judicial district in which Paleo Cookies may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
